Leadership Sprint

The introductory 1-1 fast track coaching package, the leadership sprint is a demanding but effective approach to getting yourself in the best shape of your life — in terms of mission alignment and ability to achieve results. The sprint includes confidential guidance and assessment beginning with a deep dive discovery session and moving through bi-weekly coaching sessions where you will be challenged to grow. The work happens as the client experiments with new approaches over 12 weeks, unlearning what is holding them back. Immediate return on investment in terms of authenticity, clarity and results. The fee for the Leadership Sprint is $2500.


Ethical Capital Quotient (ECQ) Assessment

The ECQ is a proprietary tool measuring cultural alignment on multiple values-based dimensions to diagnose problems and identify opportunities to remove friction. New CEOs benefit as well as organizations hampered by culture challenges. The ECQ begins with a self-assessment and moves through a review of organizational values, team values, and goal alignment (including confidential interviews with team leads and a thorough documentation review). Implementing the ECQ is possible in as little as 30 days. Assessment results include narrative findings, baseline scoring, and an actionable plan for improving results. The fee for the ECQ Assessment starts at $5500 and goes up from there depending upon organizational complexity and desired timeline.
