How It Works

Leadership Sprint: $2,500

Four intensive 90-minute sessions over 90 days, designed to give you breakthrough clarity and concrete progress on your most important challenge.

We start with diagnostic work—understanding where you are and what's blocking you.

Then we build frameworks specific to your situation and create accountability structures that ensure you actually implement what we discuss.

Between sessions, you'll have specific work to do. This isn't passive—you're actively building new capabilities while we work together.

I'm Cindy Chance—PhD in Ethics from Georgetown. I was a leader at Georgetown for over a decade, former CEO of the Appraisal Institute, former Executive Vice President at the Urban Land Institute, and founder of FosterChance, where my primary focus is leadership coaching, a very limited number of special project clients each year, and teaching, writing and speaking around your opportunity to embrace change and the power of your intelligent, values driven human agency.
